It's a work print so forgive me for the dust.

People sometimes ask me about my photography and I'm never really sure what to say to them. I sort of have an idea in my head what the concept is about but I don't really know how to explain it. This was supposed to be a 'spontaneous' shoot where I wasn't really going to plan things out but that didn't happen and I resolved this concept.

It's an idea about science and art. Actually now that I think about it I can't explain it hah.

Well, really, what I'm trying to say here is Art is Hard. What I'm trying to say is science is an art. It is a beautiful thing and not so technical, really I know this is 'about' chemistry but it's really about math. People can get the wrong impression of math, it's boring, it's for 'smart people' and it's uncreative and I think that's not true.

Same thing with Art, I think there's a very technical side of art that people tend to ignore. I believe that art ISNT just about being creative and well having ideas and concepts, and being 'artistic'. There's that solid concrete math-like (hah) part that we tend not to discuss (among non artisans that is)

and thus. I'm confused and my photo teach unintentionally made me feel shitty today(you would think it'd be hard since hes so nice) but I like this print anyway.
